His forthcoming EP, BERHANE'S SON, named after his mother, reflects his journey of transforming ambition into something profound—music that is both deeply personal and universally

Angel Beloved of MPLS HOUSE

Angel Sandro, known as Angel Beloved, serves as the co-founder and Creative Director of MPLSHOUSE LLC (MH), an artist collective established in 2017 alongside his friend and collaborator, TiigaMarc. Beginning in a bedroom in south Minneapolis, their initial vision for MH lacked precise direction, but was fueled by a shared passion for inspiration, creativity, and community, which evolved into the collective's mission statement.

Remaining rooted in South Minneapolis, Angel has transitioned from the confines of a bedroom to an established artist's studio, where he now spearheads MH as its Creative Director and Resident DJ. For Angel, DJing is more than just a profession—it's a manifestation of love for the craft, the people, and the soulful essence infused into his creations. Financial gain is not Angel's primary motivator, as he instead prioritizes authenticity in his music, aiming to imbue each track with a profound sense of love that resonates with the community.

Drawing inspiration from diverse cultural influences, Angel seeks to communicate a universal language through his mixes and productions, offering something for everyone to connect with. He takes pride in his extensive body of work, with a particular emphasis on his collaboration on the EP "Jussvibe" with Jeff Swiff, his DJ residency with Bellosound at the Four Seasons in downtown Minneapolis, his partnership with the Hewing Hotel, and his ongoing efforts to foster community among local DJs through monthly studio gatherings.
